Jamie Lee, owner of Aloha Beauty and Brows in southern California, was encountering a significant challenge in managing the digital presence of her waxing and skincare studio. While acknowledging the importance of social media and marketing for her business' growth, she faced time constraints due to the daily operational demands of her business. This hindered her ability to dedicate sufficient time and energy to content creation and social media management. Additionally, she struggled to formulate a cohesive social media strategy aligned with her business goals. Her primary concern was in increasing her posting cadence and growing her brand to increase appointments and in-store and online sales of her eyebrow serum.

We worked with Aloha Beauty & Brows on a custom comprehensive solution that included social media management, Google Business Page Management, branded graphic design for content creation, and photo and video editing. We also worked monthly with Jamie Lee to review numbers, including in-store traffic, appointments, and product sales, which allowed us to continue updating our social media strategy monthly.
